Last Minute Halloween Costume Ideas

Okay this post is for those who have not yet bought a costume or don't have a lot of money to buy a costume.  I found some costume ideas that use items you may already have.

All you need is a dark blue dress or jean shirt and a orange or red polka dot scarf.

Progress

Well as you can see from my little dashboard at the top of this site, since I last posted I have made progress with my weight. I joined myfitness pal. I joined the first time I lost weight and I think this site really helped. I log in what I eat everyday and my exercise. The site predicts how much I will weigh in  weeks if I keep eating and exercising this way. As long as it says I will loose I'm happy.
The site gives you extra calories to eat if you exercise but it's important not to use all of those calories or you probably will not loose. I have been loosing pretty consistently.

I took a picture of me at 145 so once I reach 13 I'm going to take another picture to show my progress. I will do this with 12, and 11 until I reach my goal of 10.
